So I've been using Pandora Free for a good bit of time now. Recently, when I try to watch an ad to listen to free music, it kicks me out of the ad, not letting me see it and thereby not letting me listen to my music. Why is this happening? How do I fix it?
@Dfs1208 To clarify, does this happen when streaming Pandora on your iPhone?
If so, could you tell me more about your device?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
Thanks for your help with this.
@helo_helo Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
Thanks for working with me on this.
Same thing is happening to me, but it just freezes and I have to get out myself …I go to watch the add to listen to the free 30 min and nothing happens it just freezes and I have to get out of the app and go back in to even listen to just the normal playlist

@klmefrvr I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so.
Can you explain your issue a bit further?
The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.
I look forward to hearing back.
On my Chromebook as well, it won't load ads. Now I have to listen to random songs that I didn't want to listen to.

Are you referring to the ads that are supposed to play when you try and initiate a Premium Access session to play music on demand?
Or are you having issues with all ads (even the ones that play on your regular collected radio stations)?
The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.
I look forward to hearing back.
