Billed by Google: False subscription Cancellation

Why did my subscription cancel itself when I’ve used the same account and card for years I had pandora premium for 5 years maybe and now my subscription no longer exists why

@Airee It looks like your account was previously upgraded via Google Play when your subscription expired.

We have limited access to Google Play's billing system and are unable to confirm this from our end.

You'll need to contact the Google Play support team for further assistance.
