I'm having the same issue! 

I'd like to go back to "Plus", from my current "Premium" subscription, but the only options that I'm seeing are to completely cancel ALL service.?.?

Check out the accepted solution to this thread for instructions on how to cancel your subscription to Pandora Premium, and instead resubscribe to Pandora Plus.
