Why was my account expired after autorenewal for years??

After several years on auto renewal my account was expired. Do not have explanation

@hfhlt004 I'm showing your account is currently upgraded through Google Play.

We have limited access to Google Play's billing system, and because they are a third-party vendor, we are unable to resolve this from our end.
