Cancel Subsciption

It keeps trying to bill my locked credit card but I can't cancel my subscription unless I update billing? tried to get in touch with support agent - says trying to get in touch with an agent but I've been waiting and waiting and no one shows up to help. ???

I have manually created a ticket with our support team for you.

I am 79 and ill. I want to cancel pandora subscription. Please tell me how to do it.  I have 2 emails.  I am sure original subscription was with Docmccurd@aol.com.  my other email is Nancy.mccurdy@gmail.com.
