How can I terminate my subscription? The site is not particularly intuitive, nor helpful in accomplishing.

Looks like the Pandora account associated with your community profile was deleted back in 2023, and the subscription was cancelled at that time.
If you've been billed recently, it sounds like you may have another Pandora account under a different email address with a different payment method.
