I've been getting billed for a premium subscription for months on an account I wasn't even aware I had under an email I don't use. I have a Pandora account under my main email already so I had no need for a second paid account. It's been billed on my business bank account also. How can I go about getting my money refunded without disputing it with my bank which I'm trying to avoid. Since it says no refunds on monthly accounts, though, I'm guessing I'll have to do just that. It's not a small amount for just a month or 2 also... At over $11 a month which has been going on for however long I'm not sure, and I just caught it on my bank statement which I can only go back a couple months on. That adds up especially when it goes unnoticed for months and months. I'm sure you can see if the account has been used during that time or not which it hasn't cause as i mentioned i was unaware of it. I hope this can get resolved without me going through my bank. Thank you.
