Cannot upgrade subscription from Plus to Premium

Hello,

I paid for the renewal for my iphone but it did not upgrade to premium.

Tried to turn off my iphone and back on but it did not show the upgrade, tried to reinstall the app but it still does not reflect the upgrade.

Can you help?
