Cannot upgrade

I have Plus that I renewed last month on Pandora.  I want to cancel that so I can upgrade to Premium since Pandora cannot credit me for the amount I have left on me subscription.  How do I cancel Plus? This shouldn't be so hard. I just want to buy Premium.

Thanks for your patience, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience you ran into.

After reviewing your account, it shows that your upgrade to an annual Premium subscription went through successfully yesterday on the Pandora website. Because your Plus plan renewed last month, the initial Premium charge was adjusted to a prorated amount to account for the time you had already paid for.
