Change billing method through Google Play

Can I speak to someone about changing my billing method? I have tried numerous times with no success. I do not have the 3 bars in the top left corner of the app.

Unfortunately we don't offer phone support but not to worry, I can help you here on community. I took a look at your Pandora account and I see your subscription to Pandora is billed through Google Play.

Since your subscription is billed through the Google Play Store, you can update your payment details through your Google account.

Visit Google Play's Add, remove or edit your payment method help page for more information on how to manage your payment options.

If you're not seeing a Pandora subscription under your current Google account, you may have another Google account under a different email address. If this is the case, I recommend reaching out to Google Support for further assistance.
