Current account can't connect to family plan

If I crede a new account I can join a family plan, but my current accounts do npt connect to the family plan.

@randybrooks As long as your current account is set up with the free service, you should be able to join someone else's family plan without having to create a new account.

If you are still experiencing issues with this, please have the main account holder of the family plan contact our support team directly for further assistance here.

They will be happy to help look into this.
