Didn't receive gift subscription after purchasing but was charged

I purchased a gift subscription yesterday and had it sent to my own email to print out and give recipient. I still have not received any email with the information/code and have checked my junk/spam folder. I sent a message to customer support yesterday and still haven't heard back. My card was charged, so I know the order went through.
