Maintain loyalty rate after updating billing with Paypal

I'm currently grandfathered at $3.99/month for Pandora Plus and have been a subscriber for many years. I need to change billing from Paypal to direct payment. Will I lose my $3.99/month pricing? My Paypal account is now being used for another purpose and would like to bill Pandora directly.
