How do I print of a receipt for my Pandora Bill. It is needed for work purposes

Good morning.

I have no idea why I'm being included on others e-mails regarding their subscriptions, but I am requesting to be removed. These many many e-mails regarding these issues for quite a lot of your customers, seems to me, should be confidential.

Please remove me from this distribution list.

It appears that this is something that should at least be part of the dashboard.

Can I get the receipts for February and March emailed to me, please?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend giving this existing idea a ❤️ to express your interest in getting that option added to the service.

In the meantime, I went ahead and emailed you a copy of your latest receipt for the charge that was made in March (your account is upgraded with an annual subscription, and was only charged in March).

Can you please email me a copy of my receipt for the most recent transaction from 4/4/24? Also, How is it that i still have to send this same message in the message boards every month. This has been going on for over 2 years now. When is Pandora going to fix this and add this option in our account settings to allow us to get it ourselves? Or how about automatically sending an email when you charge the card?

@979298 You will need to manage your notification preferences in order to opt out of receiving notifications from this thread.

To do so, navigate to:

  1. My Settings
  2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & NOTIFICATIONS
  3. Notification Settings
  4. From there, you will be able to make the proper selections to adjust your notification preferences.
