Family Members lost play list when I added them to the family plan

So I've added my husband and my brother to my family plan. Once they accepted they lost both of their playlists. How can they get them back other than redoing the play lists since they had a lot of songs.

@DawnMDS So far, I see you've sent three invitations, however only one has been accepted so far.

The account that accepted it is also a brand new account that was created last week.

My guess is they created that new rather than accepting the invitations on their existing accounts.

This being said, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
