I have been trying to add my grandma for a month now I have never had an issue like this it says somthing has went wrong they are working on the issue and it should be back up soon but its been a month and the same notification.

My family member was kicked from my Premium Family Subscription. When trying to re-invite them, they get an error message saying "something has gone wrong. We are working on it. Try again later."
How do they get access back to their premium content that I've already paid for?
