Family Plan: Unable to join plan through invite link

The invite link for my husband to join my pandora premium plan is not working. He clicks it and it goes to Pandora but he is not on the premium plan and his invite still says pending.

I have sent it via the app and from the desktop. I have cleared his app data, logged him out and back in. He has hit accept from his app and from his computer. I have sent it to another email account as well and that did not work either.

And I think your chatbot is broke, it has been thinking for like 15 minutes.

My husband already has an account but the invite link for him does not work either. I sent it in the app and from the computer. I have had him log out of his account and back in. Once he clicks the link and logs into his account it still says his invite is pending.
