Family account issues

My daughter has been unable to join the family plan I have under my account of xx@ Every time she receives the email, I click on the link and it doesn't matter though which web will normally take me in and ask if there is an existing account to tie it to...which she has created one under xx@ Please tie these two accounts together I've been paying for family plan for months now. I'll give you one before I cancel, thanks

@fanch0304 To clarify, does an error message appear when she clicks on the link provided in the invitation she was emailed?

If so, what does it say?

Can you have her try accepting the invitation from a computer vs. a mobile device to see if that works?
