Family plan card expired, now I can't change back to family plan.

I can get to the subscription page and update my card (done) but when I try to choose one of the family subscriptions from the bottom it acts only gives me my own personal 10.99 a month premium, which I *didn't* select.  

Help?

@chadhelton1971 Sorry for the trouble you are having with your subscription.

You should be able to switch to the Premium Family plan.

To upgrade to Premium Family, you'll need to log into your Pandora account and visit the subscription details page.

Additionally, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase this subscription and be the primary account holder.

If you're using a computer: 

  • You'll need to make sure you're logged into your Pandora account and go to your subscription details page.
  • Next, click on Switch Plans. 

If you're using a mobile device:

  • Go to the Pandora website.
  • Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. 
  • From your Subscription details page select Switch Plans.

In the meantime, I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.

They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
