Forms not being accepted for military discount

I see tone of posts of the Sheer ID thing is. not accepting the forms for Military discount. I hav tried so many times to get it and the website is not accepting my forms of documentation! How annoying!! So much for thinking this was going to be easy. Does anyone know what will work??
