Getting ads after upgrading

I just signed up for Plus and I keep getting ads and requests to sign up. AND MY SHUFFLE OPTION IS GONE!!!!

@Ccdineen Sorry for the trouble. I'm happy to help look into this further.

Still getting ads after upgrading:

I'm showing your account is currently upgraded to Pandora Premium through Apple.

Could you confirm that you are logged into your upgraded account on your device?

Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account.

If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you please send me a screenshot of the next ad that plays?

Shuffle option disappeared:

If you upgrade to Pandora Premium, you'll automatically be transitioned into the Premium experience, which looks a little different from our free or Plus experiences. 

Shuffle is located in a different area of the app depending on if you are upgraded to Pandora Premium, or if you are on the free/Plus service.

How to Shuffle with Premium:

Shuffling from the My Collection page:

  • Premium listeners can go to My Collection, and sort the collection by Stations and select Shuffle Stations.
  • All tiers can switch between Shuffle All and a custom shuffle: just click the carat (down arrow) on the Shuffle On icon and choose either Shuffle All or Custom.
