Family Invite take them to the website, but does not allow them to setup a password

I signed the family plan and invited one of them.
The family member accepted the invitation but there is no way to sign for him.
How can my family member can have an account ??
@Greyartistrynv It looks like your family member was able to successfully create their Pandora account and join your Premium Family plan.
