How to renew Premium Family plan

Renew my subscription Pandora Premium Family military.

I am a disabled Vietnam vet. I have had Pandora for the last few years and paid for my wife and I last year in full for the entire year through one of my accounts. I would like to do that this year and pay for a full year of the Premium Family plan without interruptions by commercials.

Can you send me the way to do this or a link I can submit my payment information?

To clarify, we do not currently offer a military discount for our Premium Family plan.
