I recently switched to the Family Plan. My husband isn't able to connect to the invite. He clicks the link then it sends him to a message that says, he already has a subscription. He does not have a subscription. It is like his link is hung up. When we both try to listen at the same time, we get the Someone is listening to your account message. What do I need to do to clear this up? Thanks
