I upgraded to the family plan and because my previous plan was through Google play, I understood that to upgrade to the family plan I had to cancel through Google play, sign up through Pandora. Doing so, I lost every song I ever collected. I have the Playlists but not the songs, not every song was in a Playlist and now it's hit or miss if the song I collected is actually collected. Very frustrating.
