On the Military verification page, it says to select a branch of service. However the dropdown menu has zero options to choose from. I have tried it on multiple browsers and several devices. Cleared cache, etc. etc. My browsers and OS are up-to-date. Was wondering if it was a problem on my end or with the verification page.

I'm still waiting to hear from Pandora Support but SheerID's support asked me to do the usual clear cache/new browser, and then said to contact Pandora Support. I definitely suspect there's a coding problem with their website. Will update once I hear from Pandora.
Falsehood and lies, Pandora! I am a military veteran and retiree and have been unable to apply for the military discount online. The form required to be filled out does not allow one to use the drop down box on the very first question. You knew and acknowledged this in September 2025 and is still an issue in February 2026.
