Move pandora account from one google play account to another

Somehow when I upgraded to pandora premium on Google play, I was on my wife's Google account. I want to remove my Pandora account, subscription, and bill for my wife's Google play account and either pay for it directly or through my own Google account. I've tried everything I can short of deleting the Pandora account and starting a new one. I really don't want to lose my playlists or customized stations.
