My Pandora won’t play unless I upgrade to premium

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Is the app/website not loading at all?

Or are you able to get the app/website to load, however when you attempt to play one of your stations, nothing happens?

Additionally, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

I am having the same problem. Had issues with updating my credit card, and it was resolved. So now I have the Plus plan. So I go to my music and select an album (here on my computer, where it worked before now), but when I click on the arrow to play, nothing happens.

I'm on a MacBook Pro,  Chrome Browser, have been streaming Pandora for years, now won't play.

@dburda It looks like an ad is about to play in the screenshot you sent.

To clarify, does your music never resume after an ad plays when listening on Edge?

Hello,

I've had the same problem for the past two weeks. I have no add blockers no error messages, I'm on a Windows PC 64bit. I hit the play button nothing plays, I let the advertisements play all the way through but no music again. I have refreshed the page, advertisements play but no music.

To clarify, does the music only stop after ads play? Or are there also times where it will randomly stop in the middle of a song/after a song as well?
