I just purchased a year-long gift subscription for a relative, but when I saved the PDF using the print option, it downloaded a blank form. I had closed out the tab after the download went through (thinking it had worked properly), and now I have zero record of my purchase and a blank page instead of a gift subscription certificate. This process is SO bad, it's kind of amazing. All users should be able to see purchases from their account, that's so standard. Or, receipts need to be automatically emailed to the buyer after every purchase.
Can a Pandora Rep please help me by emailing me a receipt and PDF or JPG/PNG of the gift certificate with redeemable code ASAP? thanks.
