Need help upgrading to Premium Family

I currently have Pandora Premium through Google Play. I see the monthly charge through Google in my payment method account, and in my Pandora account it says that I am "currently subscribed to Pandora Premium via Google Play."

 

I have been trying every which way I can to upgrade to Family Premium but can't find the subscription in Google Play (I see other subscriptions there, but not Pandora) and am sent to blank pages every time I try to change the subscription through my Pandora account. (I tried using two different browsers and the same thing happened each time: I went to my account and subscriptions, clicked on the link under "Manage your subscription on Google Play," and was sent to a blank page.

 

How can I upgrade my account to Family Premium?
