No access to Apple account to cancel subscription

Local Performer

I am trying to cancel my daughters subscription that was upgraded via her apple ID. The problem is that the apple ID locked her out a few months ago and we are unable to access the ID to cancel via the apple ID as you are instructed to do. Apple has no ability to access the ID either which is why she has a new one. My question is if I put a stop payment on the monthly payment will that cancel the subscription with out issue?

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify this directly on my our end as we don't have access to the Apple billing system.

If you no longer have access to the Apple account the subscription was originally purchased with, you'll need to contact the Apple support team for more help canceling. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll continue to be billed each month.
