Why doesn't premium work through firestick all of a sudden? It also highjacks my account and puts it on a lower service without my playlists or my permission or choice.

And they told me to call Amazon and I did, and they told me I messed up then they will refund me in 5 business days and told me to contact you. So it's 4 am and I have been at this for hours. Now I have to try to get my playlists back again this has happened 3 times in as many months and I'm about to go back to Spotify..

And BTW Amazon says they don't carry a premium subscription, they have one that only has stations and podcasts nothing else

Hi, @JLM32904. 👋

I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

You are correct about this. Pandora Plus is $4.99 USD monthly when purchased through Amazon. Taxes may also apply to these fees depending on local tax laws in your area.

Unfortunately, the option to upgrade to Pandora Premium or join Pandora Premium Family is not available through Amazon at this time, nor is it possible to pay for Pandora Plus on an annual basis.

If you're still having issues with your subscription, it would be best to create an email case for you so we can discuss your specific account information fully.

It looks like this thread was created for users who are having issues streaming Pandora Premium on the Amazon Firestick.

It looks like your account is upgraded to Pandora Plus - not Pandora Premium.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. Is there an error message when you try and stream Pandora on your Amazon Firestick? If so, what does it say?
  2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
