I just signed up for the premium account and I followed to instructions to add someone to my account but I do not see the the manage family option. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@MarcoPolo I'm showing your account is upgraded to an individual Pandora Premium plan through Apple.
Our Premium Family plan is only an option when upgrading through our website here.
If you'd like to cancel your individual Premium subscription through Apple, and sign up for a Premium Family subscription instead, you can find instructions on how to do so here: Billed by Apple - Switch to Premium Family
