Paid for premium thru my iphone and I have no premium

Hello I paid for premium but on my phone and pc it says I do not have premium

Can you please confirm with me what you are seeing in your subscription settings?

You can locate that with the following:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases. (located at top of screen under your name)
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Select Pandora.

Let me know what you find out.

I pay for my Pandora music on my I-phone and have always had my music on my computer BUT since I replaced my computer 2 weeks ago, I lost my Pandora music.  My email address is xx@.  Please rstore my music.  Thank you. Marshall Sade

@marshallsade To clarify, the Pandora account connected to your Community profile shows no history of being upgraded to Pandora Premium.

I'm showing this account has only been upgraded to Pandora Plus.

What are the names of some of the stations that are missing from your collection?
