I have put in my credit card/debit card and it says problem with payment. So I tried PayPal and same thing. I recently got a new credit card issuedso the number changed. Ow I cannot renew at all. There is no 1-800 number or a live agent to chat with to help me. Can you please help me figure this out. Cheers. Kev
