Tried several times to charge to my Costco Citi Visa but it says my payment information is invalid.
I confirmed that all the info is correct, still failed.
I tried entering manually (not Password manager), still failed.
Also called Citi to see if it was on their end, they said no declinations were logged when I was trying.
