Pending withdrawal on Subscription

So I decided to upgrade to premium today but for some reason I was able to go through with my charge.  In my bank account the charge went through and then it said pending withdrawal for both charges when it's supposed to be one charge.  Now after relogging back in...the subscription premium hasn't kicked in.  I would like to ask how long will the premium kick in or if I was even charged at all?  How long do I have to wait for it?  I'm very confused.

Sorry for any trouble with your subscription. I took a look at the Pandora account associated with your community profile isn't currently upgraded and hasn't been upgraded in the past.
