Premium Military: Subscription Rate Change

Recieved a junk email at my old address saying there will be a price increase for my plan from 8.99 to 9.99 is this correct? And when will this begin?

we’ve been a long time military subscriber it’s sad they are raising rates with little to no support by by Pandora!
