Premium trial not working on desktop

I signed up for premium trial on android through the play store. When I go to desktop, premium is not available and when I go to upgrade it says that I am already subscribed to pandora plus.

Since it knows that, I don't understand why I can't access it. I've confirmed that I'm logged in on the same email address on each device.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your free trial subscription. 

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.
