Problem with getting student acct

Hello. I cancelled my regular subscription because I’m a student and wanted to get the student discount. When I went back to the website to sign up they had my old debit card information there and I no longer have it so when I went to update it. It won’t let me. It keeps telling me that my new befit card is an invalid number. How do I resolve this?
