I received a notice that my student plan had expired and was asked to reverify my student status. I submitted the required documentation and received an email confirming that my submission was approved, along with a link to proceed.
However, when I click the link, I am prompted to fill out the form again. I submitted it once more with the same information, and this time it was declined with the reason: “The document is insufficient for establishing eligibility for this offer.” This is exactly the same documentation that was approved just minutes earlier and contains all the required information.
Please help.
