Seeing Ads

On my music player, I'm seeing a visual ad above the artist name and song name.  How do I get rid of that.  I never saw that before.  I have a Plus subscription

Hi,
Thank you, but I cannot send you a screenshot. The ads I am
seeing are on the screen of my digital radio. Not on my computer. When I
am playing my Pandora music on my radio, that is where I see
the ads. The ad is above the name of the artist and picture of
the album. Does this make sense?
