I've been trying to get the Sheer Verification link to work to finalize my student subscription. My academic status has been confirmed and I received an email stating it was verified but the link in the email takes me right back to getting verified again.

Hi there,
I been having problem for some says to update Student information so I could keep the student discount.. At first it seems to work but the linked sent by email send me back to the signup student form again and it looks like as if its trying to get me to fill out the same information and resubmit documentation. I tried like 4+ times and now it just keeps telling me that information is insufficient for SheerID now, even when I submit a school ID photo, PDF acceptance letter and class schedule. I previously had the student discount from a technical collage but now I am in new school, university, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
So now I am stuck with the regular price of premium since my student subscription expired and unable to renew it.
I seen AdamPandora help others by creating a ticket and I hope I can help too.

Thank you for all the help. Got a refund in my case and student confirmation done so I can return student discount. I'm very happy with the help and resolution.
