Apple Subscription: Still receiving ads

Anyone buy a subscription and not have it update on the app? Not sure but I got premium and can’t choose songs and ads still play. Almost 24 hours  after paying

Why am I still receiving advertisements and only have a limited skip when I have Pandora premium?

for ad free a week ago apple took my money yet i am still getting ads

@wil081919 If you were charged within the last month for a subscription to Pandora through Apple and are still hearing ads, you should be able to use the following steps to get your subscription activated and returned to your account:

  1. Start by opening the Pandora app on your iOS device, and going to the Profile tab.
  2. Select Upgrade.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and tap Retrieve Your Subscription. You may need to enter your iTunes password to confirm.

This should reapply your subscription to your account.

If you continue to experience issues with this, you will need to contact our support team directly for further assistance.

If you were charged within the last month for a subscription to Pandora through Apple and are still hearing ads, you should be able to use the following steps to get your subscription activated and returned to your account:

Okay, a bit ago, I cannceled my Pandora plus to save money. But the ads, the ads man, I can't stand it! So I resubbed. And I'm still getting ads. I sub through apple and the iOS app. They activated a free trail so I haven't been charged yet. I also listen through my apple TV, so there's a lot of layers to this. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Still get ads. Any advice?

I've followed the steps, hopefully it worked. I play pandora while I sleep, so I should know by tomorrow morning. Thank you for your help!

I paid for the subscription took the money off my account. I still have ads and limited skips.

@Tipup518 It appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system. The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your Pandora account.

You may need to refresh your browser or restart the Pandora app to notice the change.
