I am paying forward's description through T-Mobile, which is supposed to be on them for 4 months. But my account is not connecting. Can you please assist them me with my account connection? So I don't get double charged. I am tired of these ads

Since we don’t have access to T-Mobile’s system, if you’re still experiencing issues, I’d recommend reaching out to T-Mobile support directly for further help.
