T-Mobile Pandora Premium 4 Months Free - Not Upgrading and Commercials

I signed up for the T-Mobile Pandora Premium promotions with 4 free months.  However, when I log into my Pandora account it ask me to upgrade and I have commercials.  I did not find anything useful in any posts in this forum.  What is the issue?
