Hey there, @Sarahjohncar. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble upgrading your account. I moved your post over from the iOS board to the Subscription space to keep the community organized.

To upgrade on your iOS device:

  1. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select Upgrade. From here you can view all of your upgrade options, as well as any trial offers which may apply. You will then be billed monthly by Apple.

Upgrading through Pandora directly:

If you prefer to upgrade directly through Pandora's website, you can use this link to upgrade.


If you're having trouble upgrading through one of these methods, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
