Two Months of Free Premium Not Applied

daisychopper

I followed an ad for Pandora offering 2 months free premium service trial. I set up an account, agreed to the terms that specified I would be billed after 2 months, but when I logged in to the app, it was the free version and said I could have a 1 month free premium service trial. So, it feels like a bait-and-switch. How can I get the two months I was originally offered?

How do you get it for free though?

@Reality To see if you're eligible for longer trials or upgrade to Pandora Premium, you can visit this page. (I'd recommend doing that from a computer rather than a mobile device, if you have the option.)

You can also always contact our support team through our help page so they can take a closer look at your account, and verify what trials you are eligible for.

Hope this helps!
