I've read several other threads regarding this issue and I keep running into a dead end. When trying to upgrade via my Pandora mobile app, it says my subscription is managed in Google Play. However, Google Play does not give me an upgrade option. It shows I am a Plus subscriber, allows me to update payment method or cancel, but does not give me an option for Premium. I have tried online via a browser, as well as through my mobile app. All result in the same issue: I cannot upgrade to Premium via Pandora or Google (never thought it would be so difficult to give an app more of my money).

You should be able to upgrade to Pandora Premium directly through the Pandora app.
