I missed a payment due to the fact that I got a new card and lost ALL of my downloaded music, literally years of going through my music and downloading specific songs for roadtrips and places without service and it's all gone and idk if I can get any of it back. Now that I resubscribed the very next day after noticing I can't download any music!?!? We have the family plan and everyone lost everything
